1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• "Service" refers to the Cloud Olympians website, application, and all related services operated by Cloud Olympians.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "We," "us," or "our" refers to Cloud Olympians.
• "Content" refers to text, data, information, or other materials generated through the Service.
• "Credits" refers to the virtual currency used to access AI-generated responses within the Service.
• "AI-Generated Content" refers to any response or output produced by the artificial intelligence systems powering the Service.
• "Battle" refers to a debate-style session between two AI god personas on a topic of the User's choosing.
• "Thread" refers to a continuous conversation session with a god persona, subject to timeout and message limits.
• "Referral Code" refers to a unique code assigned to each User for inviting new users to the Service.

2. Service Description

Cloud Olympians is an AI-powered entertainment and educational platform that enables users to engage in conversations with AI personas styled as Greek gods and goddesses of Olympus. The Service is designed purely for fun, creative exploration, and informal learning. It is not a professional advisory service of any kind. The Service offers:

• Individual God Chats: One-on-one conversations with a specific deity persona (1 credit per question). Conversations are organized in threads with memory of previous messages within the same session.
• The Council of Olympus: Simultaneous consultation with all twelve Olympian gods on a single question (24 credits per session). Council sessions are single-question with no conversational memory.
• Battle of the Gods: A debate between two god personas on a topic you choose (20 credits per battle). Battles are single-session events with no conversational memory.
• Shareable Responses: The ability to create public links to share divine responses with others.

The Service utilizes third-party AI models (including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT) to generate responses. The AI personas are fictional characters and do not represent actual divine entities, real persons, or authoritative sources of information.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Abuse of the referral system, credits system, or promotional offers.
• Automated, bot-driven, or bulk usage of the Service.
• Any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations. We are under no obligation to provide advance notice, explanation, or compensation for account suspension or termination.

3.4 Account Deletion by User

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@cloudolympians.com. Upon account deletion:

• Your profile, conversation history, and shared links will be permanently deleted.
• Any remaining unused credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
• Certain data (such as payment transaction records) may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.
• Account deletion is irreversible — once processed, your data cannot be recovered.

4. Credits & Payments

4.1 Credits System

• New users receive 3 free credits upon registration.
• Individual god conversations cost 1 credit per question.
• Council sessions cost 24 credits per session.
• Battle sessions cost 20 credits per battle.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2 Purchases

Credit packages are available for purchase through the Service. All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Unused credits: Refund requests for unused credit packages may be considered within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis.
• Used credits: Credits that have been used to generate AI responses are non-refundable.
• Service issues: If a technical error prevents delivery of an AI response after a credit has been deducted, we will restore the credit(s) to your account.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchased credit balances will not be affected by price changes. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before implementing any price increases for credit packages. We also reserve the right to modify credit costs for any feature (chat, council, battle) at any time, with changes taking effect immediately for future transactions.

4.5 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Free credits (including registration bonuses and referral bonuses) also expire 6 months after they are awarded. Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to use credits before their expiration date.

5. Personal Data Warning

All text you submit through the Service is transmitted to third-party AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) for response generation. We have no control over how third-party AI providers process, store, or handle the content of your messages once transmitted.

• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you choose to type into the Service. By submitting any text, you acknowledge that it will be processed by external AI systems.
• No liability: Cloud Olympians accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal data, sensitive information, or confidential details that you voluntarily include in your conversations.
• Data exposure risk: Information you type may be stored temporarily or permanently by third-party AI providers under their own data policies, over which we have no control.
• Recommendation: Treat all conversations as if they may be viewed by third parties. Use general, non-identifying language when asking questions.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Entertainment Only: Cloud Olympians is a novelty entertainment service. The AI personas are fictional characters designed for amusement and creative engagement, not for providing reliable information or guidance.
• No Professional Advice: AI responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, academic, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
• No Accuracy Guarantee: While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or hallucinations. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• Fictional Personas: The god and goddess personas are fictional characters. Their "opinions," "advice," and "wisdom" are AI-generated text, not divine guidance.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content obtained through the Service.
• Emotional Content: AI responses may occasionally address sensitive topics. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services or mental health professionals.

7. Chat Memory & Session Behavior

Understanding how conversation memory works on Cloud Olympians:

7.1 Individual God Chats (Threads)

• Conversations with individual gods are organized into threads.
• A thread retains conversational context (memory) of previous messages within the same session.
• Threads automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. After expiration, a new thread begins with no memory of previous conversations.
• Each thread supports a maximum of 20 messages (10 question-and-answer pairs). After reaching the limit, a new thread begins automatically.

7.2 Council & Battle Sessions

• Council of Olympus: Each council session is a single-question experience. The gods respond to your one question independently. There is no follow-up capability or conversational memory between council sessions.
• Battle of the Gods: Each battle is a self-contained event. The two competing gods debate based solely on the topic you provide. There is no memory carried between battles.

7.3 Data Persistence

While active threads maintain conversational context during the session, all conversations (including expired threads) are saved in your conversation history and can be reviewed or deleted from your History page.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment.
• Attempt to generate illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent content safety filters or generate harmful instructions.
• Engage in automated scraping, data harvesting, or bot activity.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without authorization.
• Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications.
• Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the referral system, including creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses, self-referrals, or any form of referral fraud.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or any other technical limitations of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

8.2 Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, credit forfeiture, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, UI elements, and original content, is the intellectual property of Cloud Olympians and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use. You may share individual responses through the Service's built-in sharing features. You may not commercially exploit or redistribute AI-generated content at scale without our express written permission.

9.3 User Content

You retain ownership of the questions and prompts you submit. By submitting questions to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process them through our AI systems and store them for service delivery and improvement purposes.

10. Shared Content

When you share a response through the Service's sharing features:

• A public link is created that can be accessed by anyone with the URL.
• The shared content includes the god's persona name, your question, and the AI-generated response.
• You may revoke (delete) shared links at any time through your account's History page.
• We are not responsible for content that has already been viewed, copied, or screenshotted by others before revocation.
• Shared links may be indexed by search engines.

11. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including:

• AI Providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) — for generating responses.
• Payment Processors: For handling credit purchases securely.
• Infrastructure Providers: Hosting and server infrastructure services.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, data practices, outages, or changes implemented by third-party services. Changes in third-party provider terms, capabilities, or availability may affect the Service, and we shall have no liability for such changes.

13. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice.
• AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, speed, or accuracy of any specific AI model. AI model performance may vary and may change without notice as providers update their systems.
• Features, pricing, credit costs, and the overall structure of the Service are subject to change at our discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• In no event shall Cloud Olympians be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
• We shall not be liable for any personal data, sensitive information, or confidential details that you voluntarily share through the Service's chat, council, or battle features.
• We shall not be liable for any changes, interruptions, degradation, or discontinuation of third-party AI provider services that affect the quality or availability of the Service.
• We shall not be liable for any loss of credits due to expiration, account termination, or Service changes.

15. Force Majeure

Cloud Olympians shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, or pandemics.
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Third-party service provider outages (including AI providers, hosting, and payment processors).
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or other security incidents.
• Changes in applicable laws or regulations.

In the event of a force majeure event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as practicable.

16. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access and maintain service quality for all users, Cloud Olympians implements usage limits and rate controls:

• We may impose rate limits on the number of questions, council sessions, or battles a user can initiate within a given time period.
• Excessive or unusually high-volume usage may be throttled, restricted, or flagged for review.
• Automated, scripted, or bot-driven access to the Service is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time without prior notice to protect service stability.

Users who repeatedly exceed fair use thresholds may have their accounts suspended or terminated in accordance with Section 3.3.

17. Referral Program

Cloud Olympians offers a referral program that allows users to earn bonus credits by inviting new users. The following rules apply:

• Each user receives a unique referral code that can be shared with others.
• Both the referrer and the referred user receive 3 bonus credits upon the referred user's successful registration.
• Referral credits are subject to the same expiration policy as other credits (see Section 4.5).
• Abuse prohibition: The following activities constitute referral fraud and are strictly prohibited:
  • Creating multiple accounts to self-refer or earn referral bonuses.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate referrals.
  • Offering monetary incentives or purchasing referral sign-ups.
  • Any other scheme designed to exploit the referral system.
• Referral fraud will result in immediate forfeiture of all referral-earned credits and may lead to account termination.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time.

18. Right to Modify Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify any aspect of the Service at any time, including but not limited to:

• Adding, modifying, or removing features and functionality.
• Changing credit costs for any feature (chat, council, battle, or future features).
• Modifying the pricing structure for credit packages.
• Changing the number of free credits awarded upon registration or through promotions.
• Altering the credits system, including conversion rates and expiration policies.
• Switching, adding, or removing AI model providers.
• Modifying the referral program terms and rewards.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance. However, some changes (particularly those related to security, legal compliance, or third-party provider requirements) may take effect immediately.

19. AI Provider Disclaimer

Cloud Olympians relies on third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate responses. Regarding these providers:

• No quality guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, consistency, accuracy, or style of AI-generated responses. Response quality may vary based on the AI model, provider status, and other factors outside our control.
• Model changes: AI providers may update, modify, or replace their models at any time. Such changes may affect the tone, style, accuracy, or capabilities of the Service's responses, and we shall have no liability for such changes.
• Provider availability: If an AI provider experiences downtime, deprecates a model, or otherwise becomes unavailable, affected features of the Service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives but guarantee no specific timeline.
• Content filtering: AI providers apply their own content safety filters, which may prevent certain responses from being generated. We do not control these filters and are not responsible for content that is blocked or modified by AI provider safety systems.
• No provider endorsement: The use of specific AI providers does not constitute an endorsement by those providers of Cloud Olympians or its content.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cloud Olympians, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Any content you submit to or share through the Service.
• Any personal data or sensitive information you voluntarily submit through the Service.

21. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
